Syntax
EXITWIN <exit option>Description
This command lets you shut down Windows. The <exit option> may be:
SHUTDOWN |
A normal shutdown. This is the default. |
REBOOT |
Shuts down Windows and reboots the system. |
LOGOFF |
Logs the user off the system. |
POWEROFF |
Turns off the computer (if supported by the system.) |
FORCE FORCESHUTDOWN |
Forcibly shuts down Windows without allowing programs to display any messages (this could result in the loss of unsaved work.) |
FORCEREBOOT |
Forcibly shuts down Windows and reboots the system. |
FORCELOGOFF |
Forcibly logs the user off the system. |
FORCEPOWEROFF |
Forcibly turns off the computer (if supported by the system.) |
