01 What is Visual DialogScript?
VDS is a scripting language and a complete IDE for automating Windows and building real desktop apps. You write a readable script, compile it, and ship a standalone executable — with nothing for your users to install.

02 Do I need to be a programmer to use it?
No. Each command is one plain-English line, variables are typeless, and a visual designer draws your windows for you. If you have ever written a batch file, you are most of the way there — most people are productive within a day.

03 How does the licence work?
A one-time licence, no subscription. You own your code, and you distribute the executables you compile royalty-free — no per-seat fees, ever.

04 Do I get updates?
Yes — free updates within your major version. Upgrades to a new major version are offered to existing customers at a reduced price.

05 Can I use AI to write VDS scripts?
Absolutely — VDS is plain-English and readable, so AI assistants generate clean VDS code with ease. The difference is ownership: an AI app-generator hands you a black box you rent; VDS hands you one readable file you keep — that still runs in ten years, with no cloud and no lock-in.

01 Which operating systems does VDS support?
You develop on Windows, and from a single source project you compile standalone executables for both Windows and Linux. More target platforms are on the way.

02 Is there a Linux version of the IDE?
The IDE runs on Windows — a deliberate choice, not a limitation. What matters is the output: VDS compiles native Linux executables, so your applications are genuinely cross-platform even though you build them in one focused environment.

03 Are the compiled executables standalone?
Yes. Each build embeds the VDS runtime and your bytecode in a single file — no virtual machine, no dependencies, nothing to install. Your users copy the executable and run it.

04 Does VDS support 32-bit, 64-bit and Unicode?
All three. VDS 7 “Renaissance” compiles 32- and 64-bit binaries and is fully Unicode — every alphabet, even Unicode variable names.

05 How do I receive VDS after I buy?
Instantly. Right after payment you get a download link and your licence key by email — no waiting, no shipping.

01 Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments via Stripe, a PCI-DSS hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown excluding VAT; tax is added at checkout based on your country.

02 Can I get a refund?
VDS is digital software delivered instantly. Your statutory right of withdrawal and our refund terms are set out in the Terms of sale and the licence agreement — please read them before buying.

01 How do I report a bug or get help?
Open a support ticket. For bugs, the fastest fix comes from a tiny script that reproduces the problem, the exact error message, and your platform — our form walks you through it.
