License Agreement
Visual DialogScript is not free software.
Visual DialogScript (the software) is the copyright of V-Softs and is protected under international law. You may not sell, rent or lease this software. Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software, and use of the software to create competitive products, is expressly forbidden.
This is a legal agreement between you and V-Softs Subject to your acceptance of the conditions and restrictions set out below, you are granted a license giving limited rights to use the software.
- This software is provided as is. All responsibility for determining fitness of purpose rests with you, the user, for which purpose a free demonstration version is available. On purchase of a license, you are deemed to have agreed that the software is fit for the intended purpose of use.
- You agree not to hold V-Softs liable for any loss or damage or consequential loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the use of the software or for any other reason. You accept that it is entirely your responsibility to take all necessary precautions to safeguard against any such loss, damage or consequential loss or damage, howsoever it may be caused.
- You are granted a free license to use the demonstration version solely and exclusively for the purposes of evaluation. To use the software for any purpose other than evaluation, you must buy the full version of the software.
- If you have purchased the full version of the software, then for each license purchased one copy of the software may be installed on a single computer that may be accessed by one user at a time. If the software is installed in such a way that one copy may be used simultaneously by multiple users, then one license must be purchased for each of the maximum number of users who you will permit to make simultaneous use of the software.
- On purchase of the full version of the software, you are granted a license to make unrestricted use of programs developed using the software, and to create standalone executable copies of such programs. You are granted unlimited, royalty-free distribution rights over these programs, and for the run-time components of the software, so long as these run-time are distributed only with an executable program created using a licensed full version of the software.
