About this product

V-Setup 5 builds the installer of your Windows software from a tabbed wizard: you point to your files, shortcuts, registry entries and the look of each screen, and V-Setup produces a single 64-bit setup.exe, with no DLL and no runtime to ship. No script to write.

V-Setup is not limited to Visual DialogScript programs: it installs any Windows software (Delphi, C++, .NET, packaged Python, utilities, games…). It is the installer we use ourselves to distribute Visual DialogScript 7.

  • Copy files and folders, Start menu and desktop shortcuts, Internet shortcuts, file associations
  • Registry and INI entries, DLL/OCX registration, font installation

The evaluation version is complete: only the setups it produces display an "Unregistered version" banner. The licence is perpetual, in the publisher's name, with no activation and no machine lock: you receive a vsetup5.lic file to copy next to V-Setup, and the banner is gone at the next build.
