Syntax:

@UNEQUAL(<string1>,<string2> {, <EXACT>} )

Description:

This new function returns a true ('1') value if <string1> is not equal to <string2>. Case is not taken into account in the comparison unless the optional parameter EXACT is supplied. The function is equivalent to @not(@equal(...,...)).
